Work Order

An initial comment is now automatically added to the request history whenever a work order is created through the UI, API, bulk upload, or automated process. This applies across all logbook configurations and environments to ensure complete records.

Logbook

The Open Requests By Property widget on My Dashboard now uses the same criteria as Find Requests, ensuring matching request counts and consistent results across regions.

API

The PATCH API for useractivitygroupassociations supports both syntax formats:

• PATCH /useractivitygroupassociations?key={id}

• PATCH /useractivitygroupassociations({id})

Both return HTTP 200 and update the entity. Invalid keys now return a domain-specific error message instead of a generic No HTTP resource was found response.

API

The POST/api/schedules endpoint now supports full automation of schedule creation. Key additions include robust validations (unique names, cross-field checks), transactional data persistence, and optional work order generation. Errors return per record for granular feedback.

Purchasing

The Remaining Estimate and Committed POs fields in projects now immediately include Shipping and Tax values from Purchase Orders. When these values are entered or modified on a PO, the totals update in real time. This ensures financial data accuracy, supports better budget control, and provides a reliable financial overview for project management.

Portal

The GET APIs for Labor costs and Other costs return full financial information for requests, even when the request type is inactive. This ensures the API behavior matches the UI, enabling access to all relevant financial data for accurate validation and integration processes.

Portal

The Journal Extract process updates based on changes to the Markup flag on the Work Order Estimates page:

• When set to No, markup is excluded.

• When set to Yes, markup is included.

Time Card

Users can edit time card hours on closed work orders when Locked Financial is set to No, without requiring extra security rights.

Schedules

Fast Schedules now supports multiple assignees functionality. When MA Schedules is turned off, Fast Schedules continues to work as before.
